Geoprobe® Concrete Penetrator & Coring Systems

It’s frequently necessary for companies to probe ground that is covered in asphalt, concrete, or brick. Sometimes, technicians can manage the operation with the Geoprobe® hammer and a carbide-tipped drill bit. If the operation requires a cored hole or a larger hole than usual, however, you will need to utilize different tools. With the Geoprobe® concrete coring system, teams can cut a core without needing to transport additional specialized equipment to the work site. As a result, this system adds additional value to your direct push equipment while enhancing efficiency (note that Geoprobe® concrete coring system is not compatible with 540M or 54LT machines).

Pavement Penetrator Systems

Geoprobe® provides a wide range of sizes of carbide-tipped and steel concrete bits that enable you to penetrate pavement quickly and efficiently. All of the Geoprobe® drill bits we provide are tipped in industry-standard diamond with 1.25-7 threads.

Concrete Coring Systems

In Geoprobe® concrete coring systems, lubrication and cooling are accomplished via water flow. This water removes any grit that develops as the bit penetrates the surface asphalt, concrete, or brick. Although this grit may provide extra abrasiveness that can assist cutting, too much can result in equipment issues and degradation.
